Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 1 package Refrigerated Pizza Dough Store-bought or homemade
Cheese Filling
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Cream Cheese Softened
Garlic Butter
  • 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter Melted
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley Chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the refrigerated pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
Make the Cheese Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and softened cream cheese until well mixed.
Assemble the Rollups
  1. Spread the cheese filling evenly over the rolled-out dough.
  2. Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other to form a log.
  3. Cut the log into 1-inch pieces and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Prepare Garlic Butter
  1. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
  2. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each rollup.
Bake
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  2. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
