Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 1 cup oats rolled or quick oats
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder whey or plant-based
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles for decoration
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
Wet Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

Mix Dry Ingredients
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine oats, protein powder, almond flour, baking powder, and sprinkles.
Add Wet Ingredients
  1. Add almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Form Balls
  1. Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
Chill
  1. Place the protein balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
