  • 4 cups watermelon cubed, seedless
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil torn into pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar optional
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Cube the watermelon into bite-sized pieces and place in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the crumbled feta cheese and torn basil leaves to the bowl.
Dress the Salad
  1. Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad.
  2. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Toss and Serve
