Onion Rings
  • 2 large Onions sliced into rings
  • 1 cup Almond Flour for breading
  • 1 cup Whey Protein Isolate unflavored
  • 2 large Eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Olive Oil for frying

Method
 

Prepare the Onion Rings
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the onions into thick rings and separate them.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, whey protein isolate, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Dip each onion ring into the beaten eggs, then coat with the dry mixture.
Bake the Onion Rings
  1. Place the coated onion rings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
