Method
Prepare the Turkey Mixture
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small patties, about the size of the slider buns.
Cook the Patties
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the turkey patties for about 5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and golden brown.
Assemble the Sliders
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the cooked turkey patties on the bottom half of each slider bun.
- Top each patty with a spoonful of cranberry sauce and a slice of Swiss cheese.
- Cover with the top half of the buns and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
Serve
- Remove from the oven and serve warm with additional cranberry sauce on the side, if desired.
