Ingredients
  

Slider Ingredients
  • 1 lb Ground Turkey Lean ground turkey is preferred.
  • 1 cup Cranberry Sauce Use homemade or store-bought.
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 8 slider buns Slider Buns Mini burger buns.
  • 1 cup Swiss Cheese Sliced.
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil For cooking.

Method
 

Prepare the Turkey Mixture
  1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into small patties, about the size of the slider buns.
Cook the Patties
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook the turkey patties for about 5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and golden brown.
Assemble the Sliders
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the cooked turkey patties on the bottom half of each slider bun.
  3. Top each patty with a spoonful of cranberry sauce and a slice of Swiss cheese.
  4. Cover with the top half of the buns and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven and serve warm with additional cranberry sauce on the side, if desired.
