Prepare the Sauce
- In a mixing bowl, combine coconut milk, red curry paste, fish sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Mix well until smooth.
- Set the sauce aside.
Cook the Grouper
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil.
- Add the grouper fillets to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and flaky.
Combine and Serve
- Pour the spicy coconut sauce over the cooked grouper in the skillet and simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Serve the grouper hot, garnished with chopped cilantro and lime wedges.
