Method
Prepare the Marinade
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, honey, and sesame oil until well combined.
Marinate the Salmon
- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes, or up to 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Bake the Salmon
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the marinated salmon fillets on the baking sheet, skin-side down.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve
- Remove the salmon from the oven and garnish with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
