Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground turkey lean
  • 4 cups broccoli florets fresh or frozen
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce low sodium
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp sriracha adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for cooking
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Method
 

Cook the Turkey
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Add ground turkey to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned and cooked through.
Add Broccoli and Sauce
  1. Stir in broccoli florets and cook for another 3-4 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
  2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and sriracha. Pour the sauce over the turkey and broccoli, stirring to combine.
Serve
  1. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through. Serve warm in bowls.
