Method
Cook the Turkey
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add ground turkey to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned and cooked through.
Add Broccoli and Sauce
- Stir in broccoli florets and cook for another 3-4 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and sriracha. Pour the sauce over the turkey and broccoli, stirring to combine.
Serve
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through. Serve warm in bowls.
