  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/2 cup red onion thinly sliced
Dressing
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

Prepare the Salad
