Baking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, flour, sugar, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter with sugar until smooth. Stir in eggs one at a time and add vanilla extract until well blended.
- Gradually fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs. Allow to cool before topping with strawberries and whipped cream.
