Baking
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface to about 1/8-inch thick. Cut into desired shapes.
- Place the pastry pieces on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Preparation
- While baking, toss sliced strawberries with granulated sugar and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, whip cold heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla, whipping until stiff peaks form.
Assembly
- Once pastries have cooled, spoon strawberries onto each base and top with whipped frosting.
- Drizzle with strawberry juice or sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
