Ingredients
  

Ramen and Beef
  • 4 packs instant ramen noodles any flavor
  • 1 lb beef sirloin sliced thinly
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang Korean chili paste
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Creamy Sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
Garnishes
  • 2 green onions sliced for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Beef
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, gochujang, and sesame oil. Add the sliced beef and marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill over medium-high heat. Grill the marinated beef for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
Cook the Ramen
  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Make the Creamy Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, sriracha, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt until smooth.
Assemble the Dish
  1. In serving bowls, place a portion of ramen noodles, top with grilled beef, and drizzle with the creamy sauce. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
