Method
Prepare the Beef

Cook the Ramen
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Make the Creamy Sauce
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, sriracha, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt until smooth.
Assemble the Dish
- In serving bowls, place a portion of ramen noodles, top with grilled beef, and drizzle with the creamy sauce. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
