Prepare the Chicken
- In a mixing bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, grated ginger, sriracha, and garlic powder. Add chicken pieces and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken and cook for 8-10 minutes until fully cooked and slightly caramelized.
Make the Yum Yum Sauce
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, sugar, rice vinegar, garlic powder, and paprika until smooth.
Assemble the Bowls
- Divide cooked rice among four bowls. Top with cooked chicken, steamed broccoli, and shredded carrots.
- Drizzle with Yum Yum sauce and sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
