Prepare Chicken
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chicken pieces with garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
Cook Chicken
- Grill the chicken for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F).
- Remove from grill and let cool slightly before shredding.
Mix with Sauce
- In the same mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken with Buffalo wing sauce until well coated.
Assemble Sliders
- Place a generous amount of the buffalo chicken mixture on the bottom half of each slider bun.
- Top with shredded lettuce, blue cheese crumbles, and sliced tomatoes.
- Cover with the top half of the slider bun.
Serve
- Serve immediately with extra Buffalo sauce on the side if desired.
