Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into small pieces
Buffalo Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce adjust to taste
Sliders
  • 12 count slider buns mini burger buns
Toppings
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup blue cheese crumbles or ranch dressing
  • 1 cup sliced tomatoes
Seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Method
 

Prepare Chicken
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken pieces with garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
Cook Chicken
  1. Grill the chicken for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F).
  2. Remove from grill and let cool slightly before shredding.
Mix with Sauce
  1. In the same mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken with Buffalo wing sauce until well coated.
Assemble Sliders
  1. Place a generous amount of the buffalo chicken mixture on the bottom half of each slider bun.
  2. Top with shredded lettuce, blue cheese crumbles, and sliced tomatoes.
  3. Cover with the top half of the slider bun.
Serve
  1. Serve immediately with extra Buffalo sauce on the side if desired.
