Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Sour Cream Mixture
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup French onion dip
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Topping
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Method
 

Prepare Chicken
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, French onion dip, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the sour cream mixture over them, ensuring they are well coated.
Bake Chicken
  1. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  2. Remove the foil, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese and chopped green onions on top of the chicken.
  3. Return to the oven and bake uncovered for an additional 5-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
  2. Serve hot with your choice of side dishes.
