Prepare the Base
- In a large pot, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add the mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and quickly stir in the Rice Krispies cereal and graham cracker crumbs until well combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
Form the Treats
- Press the mixture into a greased 9x9 inch baking dish evenly.
- Top with additional mini marshmallows and press gently to adhere.
- Let cool for about 10 minutes.
Add Topping
- Melt the remaining chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the cooled treats.
- Allow the chocolate to set before cutting into squares.
