Ingredients
  

Chicken Filling
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts sliced into strips
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for cooking
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
Taco Assembly
  • 4 small flour tortillas
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup croutons optional, for crunch

Method
 

Cook Chicken
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken strips, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for about 10-12 minutes until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.
  2. Remove chicken from skillet and let it rest for a few minutes. Then, smash the chicken with a fork or potato masher.
Assemble Tacos
  1. Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
  2. Spread a layer of smashed chicken on each tortilla.
  3. Top with chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and shredded Parmesan cheese. Add croutons if desired.
  4. Fold the tortillas and serve immediately.
