Ingredients
  

Chicken Filling
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into chunks
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for cooking
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
Taco Assembly
  • 8 small taco shells soft or hard
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup croutons optional, for crunch

Method
 

Cook the Chicken
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken chunks and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink. Remove from heat.
  3. Using tongs or a fork, smash the chicken into smaller pieces.
Assemble the Tacos
  1. Warm the taco shells according to package instructions.
  2. In each taco shell, add a portion of the smashed chicken.
  3. Drizzle Caesar dressing over the chicken, then top with shredded romaine lettuce and parmesan cheese.
  4. Add croutons if desired for extra crunch.
Serve
  1. Serve the tacos immediately while warm, garnished with extra Caesar dressing if desired.
