Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 1 cup milk preferably whole milk
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 large egg
Flavorings
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Muffin Tin
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, and salt.
Mix Wet Ingredients
  1. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, olive oil, and egg until well combined.
Combine Mixtures
  1. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  2. Fold in the minced garlic, chopped rosemary, and black pepper.
Bake the Muffins
  1. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool and Serve
  1. Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  2. Serve warm or at room temperature.
