  • 8 oz thinly sliced corned beef
  • 1 cup drained sauerkraut
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Unroll one can of crescent roll dough into the bottom of the dish, ensuring no gaps.
  3. Layer half of the corned beef over the dough, followed by half of the sauerkraut and half of the Swiss cheese.
  4. Drizzle with Thousand Island dressing and sprinkle with optional caraway seeds.
  5. Cover with the second can of crescent dough, pinching seams to seal.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
  7. Let cool slightly before slicing into squares and serving.
