Ingredients
  

Burrito Filling
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced any color
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 large flour tortillas
Toppings
  • 1 cup extra mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for brushing
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Method
 

Prepare the Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce, bell peppers, and mushrooms.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated with sauce.
Assemble the Burritos
  1. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  2. Spoon a generous amount of the filling onto the center of the tortilla.
  3. Fold in the sides and roll up tightly to form a burrito.
  4. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
Cook the Burritos
  1. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Brush the burritos with olive oil and place seam-side down in the skillet.
  3. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Remove from skillet and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and extra mozzarella cheese.
Serve
  1. Slice the burritos in half and serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
