Prepare the Filling

- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated with sauce.
Assemble the Burritos
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Spoon a generous amount of the filling onto the center of the tortilla.
- Fold in the sides and roll up tightly to form a burrito.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
Cook the Burritos
- Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Brush the burritos with olive oil and place seam-side down in the skillet.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from skillet and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and extra mozzarella cheese.
