Ingredients
  

Cocktail Base
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks frozen can be used
  • 1 cup coconut cream can substitute with coconut milk
  • 1 cup white rum adjust to taste
  • 1/2 cup ice more for a slushier texture
Garnish
  • 4 slices pineapple for garnish
  • 4 cherries maraschino cherries for garnish

Method
 

Blend Ingredients
  1. In a blender, combine the fresh pineapple chunks, coconut cream, white rum, and ice.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Serve
  1. Pour the mixture into chilled glasses.
  2. Garnish each drink with a slice of pineapple and a maraschino cherry.
