Ingredients
  

Flatbread Base
  • 4 pieces Flatbread Store-bought or homemade
Pesto Sauce
  • 1 cup Pesto Fresh or jarred
Cheese Topping
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
Vegetable Toppings
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes Halved
  • 1 cup Spinach Fresh, optional
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper To taste
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil For drizzling

Method
 

Prepare the Oven
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Assemble the Flatbreads
  1. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet.
  2. Spread a generous layer of pesto on each flatbread.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese evenly over the pesto.
  4. Top with halved cherry tomatoes and spinach if using.
Bake the Pizza
  1. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven, let cool for a minute, then slice and serve warm.
