  • 4 cups fresh peaches, sliced
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup paleo butter or coconut oil, melted
  • 2 large eggs

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss sliced peaches with honey or maple syrup and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, mix coconut flour, melted paleo butter or coconut oil, and eggs until smooth.
  4. Spread the peach mixture in a greased baking dish and spoon the topping over it, leaving some peaches visible.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
