- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, toss sliced peaches with honey or maple syrup and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, mix coconut flour, melted paleo butter or coconut oil, and eggs until smooth.
- Spread the peach mixture in a greased baking dish and spoon the topping over it, leaving some peaches visible.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
