- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, herbs, salt, pepper, and paprika to create the marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure each piece is well-coated. Marinate in the fridge for at least one hour (overnight is ideal).
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (375°F/190°C).
- Remove chicken from the marinade and shake off excess liquid. Grill for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for five minutes before slicing or serving whole with fresh herbs on top.
