Prepare the Chicken

- Grill the marinated chicken strips for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Make the Tzatziki Sauce
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, crumbled feta, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, chopped dill, and salt. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
Assemble the Gyros
- Warm the pita breads on the grill for about 1 minute. Layer the grilled chicken, mixed greens, tomato slices, and red onion on each pita.
- Drizzle with the creamy feta tzatziki sauce and fold the pita over to serve.
