Ingredients
  

  • 30 oz frozen hash browns
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup bacon bits
  • ½ cup chopped green onions
  • 1 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1 tbsp cooking spray or olive oil 2 tbsp if using olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Lightly grease a large baking dish with cooking spray or oil.
  3. Spread the frozen hash browns evenly in the prepared dish.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top, followed by bacon bits.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and garnish with green onions and sour cream. Serve immediately.
