Ingredients
  

Fluff Base
  • 1 cup heavy cream chilled
  • 1/2 cup sugar granulated
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Fruit Mixture
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries washed
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest

Method
 

Prepare the Fluff
  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Gradually add the sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to whip until stiff peaks form.
Combine Ingredients
  1. In another bowl, gently combine the raspberries, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
  2. Fold the fruit mixture into the whipped cream until just combined.
Serve
  1. Spoon the lemon raspberry fluff into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  2. Garnish with additional raspberries or lemon zest if desired.
