Ingredients
  

Meatball Ingredients
  • 1 lb Ground beef or ground pork
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce low sodium preferred
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger minced
  • 1 tbsp Green onions chopped
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
Spicy Mayo Dip Ingredients
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp Lime juice
  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Meatballs
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, egg, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, green onions, brown sugar, and black pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined, then form into 1-inch meatballs.
Bake the Meatballs
  1. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and browned.
Prepare the Spicy Mayo Dip
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Sriracha, and lime juice until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust the Sriracha for desired spiciness.
Serve
  1. Once meatballs are cooked, remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  2. Serve meatballs on a platter with the spicy mayo dip on the side.
  3. Garnish the dip with sesame seeds.
