Assemble Casserole
- Spread the cauliflower mixture evenly in a greased casserole dish.
- Spread the pizza sauce over the cauliflower base.
- Layer the pepperoni slices on top of the sauce.
- Sprinkle additional mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
