Delicious mini sandwiches filled with Italian meats, cheese, and a zesty pepper relish, perfect for parties or game day.

Ingredients
  

Slider Components
  • 12 count slider rolls preferably soft and slightly sweet
  • 6 oz sliced salami
  • 6 oz sliced pepperoni
  • 6 oz sliced ham
  • 6 oz provolone cheese sliced
  • 1/2 cup banana peppers sliced
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing for drizzling
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Method
 

Prepare the Sliders
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Layer the salami, pepperoni, ham, and provolone cheese evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls.
  4. Top with sliced banana peppers.
  5. Drizzle Italian dressing over the toppings.
  6. Place the top halves of the rolls on the sliders.
  7. Brush the melted butter mixed with garlic powder over the top of the rolls.
Bake the Sliders
  1. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  2. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
  3. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
