Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
  • 10 oz mini marshmallows
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. In a large pot over low heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add mini marshmallows and stir until completely smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and mix in the vanilla extract.
  3. Gradually fold in the Rice Krispies cereal until fully coated.
  4. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish and press the mixture evenly into the dish using damp hands.
  5. Allow to cool for 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
