Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients
  • 1 cup peanut butter creamy or crunchy
  • 1 cup rolled oats old-fashioned
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips optional
Coating
  • 1 cup chopped peanuts for rolling

Method
 

Prepare the Mixture
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, rolled oats, and honey. Stir until well combined.
  2. If using, fold in chocolate chips.
Form the Bites
  1. Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  2. Roll each ball in chopped peanuts to coat evenly.
Chill and Serve
  1. Place the coated bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
