Prepare the Seafood Boil
- Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. Add the Cajun seasoning, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Once boiling, add the baby potatoes and corn. Cook for about 10 minutes until potatoes are tender.
- Add the sliced Andouille sausage and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Finally, add the shrimp and crab legs. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the shrimp are pink and the crab is heated through.
- Remove the pot from heat and strain the seafood and vegetables, reserving some of the broth if desired.
Make the Spicy Garlic Butter
- In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, hot sauce, and chopped parsley. Mix well.
Serve
- Arrange the seafood and vegetables on a large platter. Drizzle the spicy garlic butter over the top and serve with lemon wedges.
