Cook the Turkey

- In serving bowls, layer cooked brown rice and shredded romaine lettuce as the base.
- Top with the turkey mixture, black beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, avocado slices, and chopped cilantro.
- Finish with a dollop of Greek yogurt on top.
