  • 6 cups fresh romaine lettuce chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for cooking

  • ½ cup Caesar dressing store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated

Preparation
  1. Wash and dry the romaine lettuce thoroughly, then chop it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown and cooked through (about 6-7 minutes per side). Remove from heat and slice.
  3. If making homemade dressing, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until creamy.
  4. In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine, croutons, and Parmesan cheese. Add the dressed salad mixture and toss gently.
