Ingredients
  

Steak and Zucchini
  • 1.5 pounds sirloin steak or ribeye
  • 2 medium zucchini sliced lengthwise
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for grilling
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste
Creamy Sauce
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill or fresh if available
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste
Toppings
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Steak and Zucchini
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Rub the steak and zucchini slices with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Let them marinate for about 10 minutes.
Grill the Steak and Zucchini
  1. Place the steak on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  2. Add the zucchini to the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side until tender and grill marks appear.
  3. Remove from grill and let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Make the Creamy Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.
  2. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
Assemble the Bowl
  1. Slice the grilled steak against the grain.
  2. In bowls, layer the sliced steak, grilled zucchini, cherry tomatoes, and avocado.
  3. Drizzle with the creamy sauce and top with fresh cilantro.
