Ingredients
  

Crostini Base
  • 1 bag Baguette sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil for brushing
Topping
  • 2 large Peaches halved and pitted
  • 8 ounces Burrata Cheese scooped
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Glaze for drizzling
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Basil chopped for garnish
  • Salt to taste Sea Salt

Method
 

Prepare the Crostini
  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Brush the baguette slices with olive oil on both sides.
  3. Place the slices on the grill and toast for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Grill the Peaches
  1. Place the peach halves cut side down on the grill.
  2. Grill for about 4-5 minutes until grill marks appear and peaches are slightly softened.
  3. Remove from grill and let cool slightly before slicing into wedges.
Assemble the Crostini
  1. On each toasted crostini, place a scoop of burrata cheese.
  2. Top with grilled peach wedges.
  3. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and sprinkle with sea salt and fresh basil.
