  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup warm milk (110°F)
  • 0.5 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and cinnamon. Gradually add to the yeast mixture until combined; the dough should form a shaggy mass.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place in an oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle (¼ inch thick). Spread melted butter over it and sprinkle with chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
  6. Roll tightly from one edge and slice into 1-2 inch pieces.
  7. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C), place rolls in a greased baking dish, and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
