Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and cinnamon. Gradually add to the yeast mixture until combined; the dough should form a shaggy mass.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place in an oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle (¼ inch thick). Spread melted butter over it and sprinkle with chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
- Roll tightly from one edge and slice into 1-2 inch pieces.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C), place rolls in a greased baking dish, and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
