Method
Prepare the Glasses
- In a small plate, mix the ground ginger and ground cinnamon. Moisten the rims of the serving glasses with a little cream, then dip them into the spice mixture to coat.
- Set the prepared glasses aside.
Mix the Cocktail
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, coffee liqueur, gingerbread syrup, and heavy cream.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.
Serve
- Strain the mixture into the prepared glasses filled with ice.
- Garnish each drink with a gingerbread cookie on the rim.
