Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Coating
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
For Baking
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for drizzling

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rinse the chicken breasts and pat them dry with paper towels.
Make the Coating
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Coat the Chicken
  1. Dip each chicken breast into the coating mixture, pressing down to ensure the mixture adheres well.
Bake the Chicken
  1. Place the coated chicken breasts in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.
