- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (400°F).
- In a bowl, combine minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Place the pork loin in a resealable bag or shallow dish; pour marinade over it. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes (overnight preferred).
- Remove from marinade and grill over direct heat for about 15 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Allow the pork to rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
