Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 pounds boneless pork loin
  • 5 cloves fresh garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme chopped
  • 1 unit juice of lemon
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, combine minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the pork loin in a resealable bag or shallow dish; pour marinade over it. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes (overnight preferred).
  4. Remove from marinade and grill over direct heat for about 15 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  5. Allow the pork to rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
