Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 2 cups cubed apples preferably Granny Smith or Honeycrisp
  • 1 cup sliced pears Bartlett or Bosc are great choices
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds fresh or store-bought
  • 1 cup sliced grapes red or green grapes
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts optional for crunch
Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup for a vegan option
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon optional for extra flavor

Method
 

Prepare the Fruits
  1. Wash and prepare all the fruits as indicated in the ingredients list.
  2. Cube the apples, slice the pears, and slice the grapes.
Mix the Salad
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed apples, sliced pears, pomegranate seeds, sliced grapes, and chopped walnuts.
Prepare the Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lemon juice, and cinnamon until well combined.
Combine and Serve
  1. Drizzle the dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss to combine.
  2. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes before serving.
