Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs London Broil (flank steak or top round)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and fresh rosemary.
  2. Place the London Broil in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Seal tightly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Heat your grill to medium-high.
  4. Remove the beef from the marinade, letting excess drip off. Grill for 5-7 minutes per side until medium-rare (internal temperature of about 130°F).
  5. Let the meat rest for 10 minutes on a cutting board before slicing against the grain into thin strips.
