- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and fresh rosemary.
- Place the London Broil in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Seal tightly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Heat your grill to medium-high.
- Remove the beef from the marinade, letting excess drip off. Grill for 5-7 minutes per side until medium-rare (internal temperature of about 130°F).
- Let the meat rest for 10 minutes on a cutting board before slicing against the grain into thin strips.
