  • 12 oz cheese tortellini fresh or frozen
  • 14 oz kielbasa sausage sliced
  • 1 bell pepper red bell pepper chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli florets fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 3 tbsp olive oil for drizzling
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder to taste
  • salt to taste salt
  • pepper to taste black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Oven and Ingredients
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the tortellini, sliced kielbasa, chopped red bell pepper, broccoli florets, and halved cherry tomatoes.
Season and Arrange
  1. Drizzle the mixture with olive oil, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan.
Bake
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the kielbasa is browned.
  2. Stir halfway through cooking to ensure even roasting.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
