  • 6 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 medium cucumber sliced
  • 1/4 medium red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup black or green olives sliced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing

Method
 

  1. Rinse and dry all produce thoroughly. Place chopped romaine in a large mixing bowl.
