Prepare the Meatloaf
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, beaten egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Spread additional ketchup on top of the meatloaf if desired.
Bake the Meatloaf
- Place the loaf pan in the preheated oven.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
