  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1 tsp baking powder aluminum-free
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup water room temperature

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, ground flaxseed, baking powder, and salt.

  4. Gradually combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients; stir gently until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
