  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated

Topping
  • 0.5 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms with a damp paper towel and remove the stems, then finely chop the stems.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, chopped mushroom stems, garlic, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and Italian seasoning; mix until smooth.
  4. Generously fill each mushroom cap with the mixture.
  5. Sprinkle panko breadcrumbs over each filled mushroom and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
