  • 1 9-inch prepared graham cracker crust
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) chocolate or vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). If using a homemade graham cracker crust, press it into a pie dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Gradually whisk in pudding mix followed by milk until well blended.
  4. Pour half of the filling into the crust, smooth it out, then layer with mini marshmallows before adding the remaining filling.
  5. Refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight to set.
  6. Before serving, spread whipped topping on top and garnish with additional mini marshmallows.
